What's the difference between a headset and a headphone?
All headsets and earsets typically come with a microphone, letting you make calls as well as listen to music and podcasts. headphones do not have a microphone built in and are more focused on music / movie listening.
Bluetooth headsets
With a Bluetooth headset, you can keep your hands free while on a call without having to awkwardly sandwich the phone between your ear and shoulder. Wireless headsets
Wireless headsets use Bluetooth or DECT technology to connect to your laptop, smartphone, or tablet. They have a wireless range of almost 330 feet or a 100 meters, so you can leave your desk while on a call to e.g. pick up printouts or find documents. Most models connect to multiple devices at the same time, letting you easily switch between making calls on your smartphone or work PC.
