The unit arrived quickly, within days and the box was in good condition. When it arrived, I can tell it was new and unopened and very well padded. I couldn't believe that a soundbar came in that huge box. It's quite a heavy unit too. The quality of the soundbar is unbelievable, sounds great also and looks great.
