CompSource User Reviews Plantronics BW c522 Headset. Review: Seems to work the best of all I have tried. The Headset does not adjust for smaller heads and the micro-phone is not adjustable. You can position it up and down but it is stiff and not adjustable side to side. Good quality and works well with call center software. Pros: Works well with a variety of software. Cons: Not as adjustable as I would like.
