Fast, efficient, antimicrobial sharpener with removable cutters is designed for premium performance. XHC2 cutters deliver 75 percent faster sharpening and a 12 times longer life. Heavy-duty, QuietSharp motor operates stall-free under normal use and without obtrusive noise while thermal overload protection increases motor life. For safety, integrated MagnaSafe tamperproof switch shuts motor off when the large, easy-to-clean shavings tray is removed. Innovative SharpStop feature shuts motor off, and SharpGlow illumination glows blue when sharpening is complete. Versatile easy-turn, pencil selector dial provides six hole sizes. Colored pencil-friendly with a tool-free, easy-to-remove, die-cast metal housing cutter cartridge allows fast cleaning or replacement to eliminate the headache of typical colored pencil gumming after sharpening.
