The product automatically configures for link speed, duplex and crossover. Range depends on cable type used, the desired data rate and power required, find out more here. AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit can be powered from conventional IEEE 802.3af or IEEE 802.3at midspans and switches or AXIS T8003 PS57 for maximum range and power. Cost efficient and easy to install Save time and cost in installation. With AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit there is no need to lay expensive fiber optics, or allocate additional infrastructure and hardware in the middle, like media converters or switches. Plug and play, AXIS Long Range PoE Extender kit self-configures for the best performance. No set-up or configuration is needed.
