I am looking for a monitor stand that will be easy to adjust height for 2 people that share a desk. 1. How easy does this raise/ lower on a daily basis? 2. When measuring my monitor to see if this works, do I measure diagonally or across? Across, my monitor is 22 1/2" and this product would work, but diagonally, it is 26" and this product would not work. 3. I found the height of this product in the specs, but couldn't find how much of a height increase this gives to the monitor. Can you give me the range of height that it can raise the monitor? Such as, 4-8"? Thank you!
