The AccuSTOR AS316X6HP is a 3U 16-bay 6G SAS or SATA RAID storage system providing over 1700MB/s with RAID 6 protection. The package includes a dual core PCIe 2.0 x8 RAID controller with a dedelicated dual core RAID engine to offload complex RAID calculations from server or workstation. To increase the return of investment, the AS316X6HP supports SAS and SATA drives and allows the expansion of up to 4 units. Built-in support for online-expansion and online-RAID migration allow capacity expansion without downtime. Enclosure and RAID management could be monitored via the built-in WEB interface for remote monitoring, without addition software install to the host computer to eliminate compatibility issues. E-mail notification and SNMP trap features are available for further monistoring of RAID and enclosure status. The rackmounts is also design with modularized controller and hot-swappable power supply, to provide fail-safe high performance data storage. | |
