WIRELESS RANGE FREE RANGE (CONVERSATIONS, NOT CHICKENS) Whether you're working from home or in the office, it's nice to have the freedom to move around. Engage 55's compact USB DECT adapter delivers a wireless range of up to 150m from your computer and also makes it easy for you to move about with your laptop while you're on a call. Head to the kitchen for a coffee or walk a few laps of the office, without worrying about whether your connection will hold. DECT WIRELESS POWER. RANGE. SECURITY. DECT wireless is specifically designed for wireless communications, making it an ideal choice for call-intensive workers who need additional mobility. In fact, the DECT wireless range of Engage 55 is up to 15 times the average range of a Class 2 Bluetooth® device. And if you're working in a busy office, DECT wireless is built to withstand the density of large numbers of people working in the same place, so you'll get a clear, robust and secure connection for your conversations. SECURE DECT WIRELESS ADAPTER LIKE FORT KNOX. BUT SMALLER. However you're working these days, if your conversations often include sensitive details, it's important to know that the data is protected. The ultra-secure wireless adapter for Engage 55 is DECT Security certified. But because your data security is so important to us, we go beyond the DECT Security Step C level with additional FIPS military-grade 256-bit encryption algorithms, to prevent eavesdropping and keep conversations secure. PROFESSIONAL-GRADE CONVERSATIONS THIS SOUNDS SERIOUS When you're in back-to-back calls or virtual meetings, every word matters. Engage 55 features an impressive noise-cancelling microphone that helps block out background noise to keep you sounding like a pro, whichever office you're working from. The speakers are optimized for speech clarity, while wideband audio delivers crisp, crystal clear, natural-sounding calls. So you can wave goodbye to crackly, robotic-sounding voices and say hello to more engaging conversations | |

Learn more about Headsets/Earsets
What's the difference between a headset and a headphone?
All headsets and earsets typically come with a microphone, letting you make calls as well as listen to music and podcasts. headphones do not have a microphone built in and are more focused on music / movie listening.
Bluetooth headsets
With a Bluetooth headset, you can keep your hands free while on a call without having to awkwardly sandwich the phone between your ear and shoulder. They let you access commonly used functions - such as picking up calls or activating Siri/Google Now – directly from the headset. You can leave your phone in your pocket.
There's a variety of models designed to suit specific needs. Some have a special carry case that also keeps their battery topped up. Others are tough enough to come with a 5-year warranty. There are models that are well-suited for both making calls and listening to music. You can also find Bluetooth headsets that eliminate wind noise, making you easy to hear when you're out in stormy weather.

Wired headsets
Wired headsets connect directly to your computer via USB or 3.5mm port and let you start talking in seconds. You don't need to worry about the call dropping off or running out of battery. They come in mono (one ear) and duo (two ear) variants, depending on what you prefer. Many models are made to withstand prolonged use with durable Kevlar cords and a boom arm that can rotate 360 degrees without snapping. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and have special noise-cancelling microphones that ensure the other side only hears your voice.

Wireless headsets
Wireless headsets use Bluetooth or DECT technology to connect to your laptop, smartphone, or tablet. They have a wireless range of almost 330 feet or a 100 meters, so you can leave your desk while on a call to e.g. pick up printouts or find documents. Most models connect to multiple devices at the same time, letting you easily switch between making calls on your smartphone or work PC. Some are equipped with a special base and a touchscreen that lets you manage your calls. Wireless headsets are available in mono (one ear) and duo (two ears) versions.
Conference speakers
These are portable speakers that you can take anywhere you go. They let you have a conference call that others in the room can participate in. All models make sure that both sides of the call hear each other clearly and without distortions.
The basic model is great for small rooms and connects to your laptop, tablet, or phone via USB or 3.5mm cable. Mid-range model adds the option to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. The high-end model can handle large meeting rooms with around 15 participants.

After looking through a lot of websites through froogle with terrible reviews from buyers posted at resellerratings.com, I found this site with a good review. My company bought an Okidata c9300 printer. The transaction was done on the phone. I was weary at first because the customer service person did not give me an order number, and there was no email confirmation. However, I called back and an equally nice customer service person provided me with the information. mauricefMore Reviews
