Transcend's SSD/HDD Upgrade Kit comes with all the tools you need to reuse the 2.5-inch hard drive removed from your notebook. Follow the step-by-step installation guide to find useful tips and assembly instructions. The kit also features a one-touch backup function, so download the Transcend Elite software from our website to better manage your data! Transcend's SSD/HDD Upgrade Kit includes a 2.5-inch enclosure with an outer rubber case, an inner rubber shock absorber, a SATA adapter, a USB cable, a 7mm to 9.5mm spacer, a PH1 screwdriver, and three M2 mounting screws. Included in the kit is an outer rubber case and an inner rubber shock absorber for optimum protection against shock and vibration. If your original hard drive is only 7mm in height, a spacer is included to increase the thickness by 2.5mm, allowing your drive to perfectly fit inside the inner rubber shock absorber. Transcend's SSD/HDD Upgrade Kit features a one-touch backup function* enabling the express synchronization of files and folders by just one touch. I've been an IT consultant for most of my life and one of our mantras is -fast, good, and cheap. you never get all three!- Somehow CompSource does it. I'd ordered a portable air conditioner from two other vendors and both strung me along and finally cancelled my order *after* charging me since they apparently couldn't either manage stock or suppliers properly. I eventually got my money back but I was worried up getting gouged with summer "on season" pricing. I found CompSource had a unit almost identical (different branding) and thought I'd give it one more try. To be honest it looked too good to be true. Price with shipping was over $100 less than the competition. I was shocked that it arrived almost as fast as I got the *tracking number*. I ordered on a Friday and got the FedEx tracking number on Monday from Rich Burson and had the unit Tuesday evening. This is a nearly 100lb 12K BTU beast that I would have expected to take at least a couple weeks to get. I sent a quick thank you email and who replies? The President of the company. Personally.
