The tone of my emails were unwarranted and I hope you’ll accept my sincerest apology. Before I read your email, There was a fedex truck backed in my driveway and had already left the package. When I originally read shipping date arrival 8/1-8/6, I 100% had reserved myself to Aug 6 being arrival date, based on passed purchases from different companies. I’m surprisingly and pleasantly impressed with my experience making this purchase. I’m thrilled by the service I’ve received from Compsource. This is my first time purchasing an item from them. And was only because it was the cheapest price for this product I could find.
