It is caffeine-free so you can enjoy it any time of day. Individually wrapped tea packets keep the tea fresher and are easy to use. Made from Fair Trade Certified ingredients grown with regenerative agriculture practices, it's better for the people who grow it and the land where it's grown. For best brewing of this caffeinated tea, boil fresh, filtered water to 175 degrees and allow to cool slightly. Then pour 8 oz. of this water over the tea bag in a cup. Let steep for 3 minutes. | |
