With redundant components including a controller, cooling fan and power supply, the AR316X6R provides a high availibility storage solution in mission criticial applications. It is capable of up to 336TB of capacity with additional AS316X6R JBOD storage expansion units, and is the perfect solution for applications requiring large storage spaces. With an industry proven dual channel 6G SAS host interface, the AR316X6R provids high performance bandwidth and cutting edge SAS and SATA hard drive technology. The array supports RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 6, 30, 50, 60 and JBOD modes. Featuring durable, heavy duty steel housing and a user-friendly LCD panel, the AR316X6R is built with Web or RS232 management Interfaces along with SMTP manager monitioring all system events. A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around".
