Available in one year increments, the Software Maintenance Agreement includes upgrades, updates and top-tier Technical Support. The first three years of RMS-ENT-SMA are included in the pricing for RMS-ENT (FG3004-K). RMS Enterprise customers will be notified prior to the conclusion of their initial three-year term so that they may elect to purchase RMS-ENT-SMA.
