The CyberPower PDU20M2F8R, a 10-outlet (2 front, 8 rear), rackmount metered power distribution unit (PDU), provides 100 - 125 V 20A output. It distributes power to 10 NEMA 5-20R receptacles from a single NEMA 5-20P input with unfiltered electrical pass-through. The current draw for connected equipment is displayed in amps on the front LCD for real-time load monitoring. Designed for datacenters and other electrically demanding applications, the PDU20M2F8R has rugged, industrial-grade metal housing and a 15-foot AC power cord. It can be mounted either horizontally or vertically. The PDU20M2F8R comes with a cord retention tray and is ETL/RoHS certified. A limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the product under normal use and conditions. Power DistributionDelivers AC power to servers, equipment, and connected devices via a power distribution unit. Switch-Free Design Safeguards against accidental power shutdown. Network-Grade Plugs and Outlets Highly durable construction ensures the efficient distribution of power in demanding IT or industrial environments to servers, equipment, and connected devices. Long Input Power Cord Reaches distant power sources, allowing the PDU to be placed where it's needed. Cord Retention Tray Secures power cords, keeping them organized and accessible. A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around". They will gt back to you in a timely manner, usually in hours of your request. They have information that is useful, they answer your question. Quite possibly the best customer service out there.
