I was hesitant first time as I have Amazon prime, but couldn't resist their competitive price. To my surprise, product was received before due date in great condition, along with an email that assign a rep. By name and phone # just to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service! I would recommend with closed eyes. Anonymous
