“Upon consulting material availability with our supply team, I was informed that, unfortunately, this particular SKU CD8069504381800 is pretty tight right now and there is very low confidence for support during Q1. For this reason, we are not able to commit with a specific date or provide ETA this time"
Don’t kill the messenger 😊 but honestly it doesn’t look good, at least for this month. I understand you want the product more than a full refund, but that option is 100% available at a moment’s notice.

"All the models you list out are constrained at present. We’re at Intel’s mercy as it relates to shipments; we see very sparse supply and they’ve not been clear on recovery dates."
You are welcome to get in line, worst case we can credit you in full if you find it elsewhere but it looks like no one will be getting any real quantity for a while.
