Answer: We accept PO's, if you asking if we extend terms? We do however you must fill out a credit app (ask any of our sales team to email it to you) It usually takes 1-2 weeks for approval. We also offer leasing.

Answer: This scanner comes with everything to get started including great software, however it does not include the stand. I don't believe any scanner manufacture has that included ever. The brand name does not allow us to handle returns. If there is an issue with shipping please not that on the signature and we can re-ship. Aside from that Contex makes sure your happy and will assist and can offer returns but that decision is up to them.
