I was impressed with the prices of what I was looking for--and that you even had it! It was quite easy to navigate through the site to find what I needed. There wasn't really a lot of "extra" information about the product, so I was glad I knew what I was looking for.

Easy to find products and link to other product of major companies. Probably better to link or pop up Help or FAQ page while keeping ordering. I bought Yamaha CD-RW which was for Win and Mac OS but it was not shown MAC. I had to check Yamaha's web site.

I was having trouble with my order, the problem was on my end, they were very helpful and courteous. After, I received my products I had not received the warranty information. I contacted them they responded immediately (in seconds) and I received the warranties within a couple of minutes. They also got me info on my drop shipment items. They are all-around great pricing and customer service. Thank you Damon
