Hi Jordan and Staff @ compsource, I just wanted say thank you for your great service. I ordered my BenQ Display on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning (Yes very next day with free shipping). I was at work so I let Fedex to hold it near by Fedex office. I picked it up Wednesday after work. Set it up last night (2days after I clicked BUY button) and very happy with the product (The product is exactly what I expected). You guys broke the record of customer satisfaction in my online shopping experience in my life. Again thank you for your SPEED, QUALITY, and PRICE. I ordered a simple manufacturer-brand laser printer toner cartridge. CompSource had the best price, the best website & was able to tell me, with expedited shipping, exactly when my delivery would arrive BEFORE I placed my order. With others, you first have to place the order before they tell you when it will arrive. The confirmations, tracking info, packaging & follow up were all perfect. I will be back again & again! Lightning fast service
I recently ordered a battery backup system (UPS) for my home pc. I placed the order late one afternoon and the item arrived by FEDEX at my door the next day. That's right, I received my delivery from purchase to install in under 24 hours utilizing free shipping even. WOW!!! The communication from CompSource was equally good as well as the product I received. I normally purchase all my products from Amazon or Newegg, but will definitely use CompSource in the future. BTW, the UPS from CompSource was 15% lower priced than anyone else on the web, and I got it the very next day!!!

Great service
I regularly use compsource for computer related products. I call them on the phone, tell them what I need. They find the correct part(s) and give me guided selections as appropriate. Then in a few days it arrives and yes, works as intended. Great service. I wish all companies were as effective.

Grand Slam
I just wanted to let you know about my experience with my recent order with you. The order number is so-??????. I ordered a set of Sony wireless headphones on Wednesday morning and received the usual order confirmations from CompSource and PayPal. By Thursday afternoon I had not received a shipping confirmation so I was going to give you a quick call when I got home from work that evening to see if you had a general idea on when it might ship, only because if I had it by Saturday I could give it as a birthday gift a few days early. It was definitely not a big deal if I didn't get it by then. If it was, I'd have probably paid the extra to have it sent overnight. So, imagine my surprise when I got home from work on Thursday and saw the package was already sitting on the kitchen counter. You had best reasonable price, meaning a few other places had lower prices but they seemed to be located down quite a dark alley on the internet so no thanks. You had the item in stock, the shipping was free and you got it to me the next day. That's what I call a grand slam. Well done. Thanks again. Rick

Ive been impressed
I've been impressed with CompSource. I'm normally an Amazon.com customer (in fact I paid for the CompSource using the Amazon payment system) but found a low price on a Dell Vostro V131 directly on the CompSource site using Google/shopping and thought I'd give them a try. The system shipped very fast, much faster than I thought. And the tracking emails were quick and provided me insight into where my package was. The product was exactly what it was advertised as and arrived in OEM packaging and in perfect shape. Great experience from top to bottom.
