Blown away by price and speed
Wow, I purchased a Sony home theater system for the cheapest price ANYWHERE. $69 less than the cheapest local bricks and mortar location AND no tax or shipping to pay. I purchased online on 02.23 and it came to my house on 02.25 (and that was FREE shipping). WOW!!

EXCELLENT service
Good Morning, I would like to say THANK YOU for your wonderful service as well as your entire team that you work with. I have not received this level of service and communication since the year 2000 when Dell had top notch customer service, which clearly has gone to the wayside . I didn't think it was possible to find a company with EXCELLENT service again, but I am happy to report you now have a new repeat customer! Don't lose this level of customer service, it makes or breaks a company as a whole. I can't wait to purchase from your company again! Well beyond
Thanks Jordan for the reply, and going well beyond anything I would expect from a company helping it's customers. Most company employees would have simply looked at their catalog and said "if it's not here in our catalog we don't have it" So to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, as a matter of fact I think the way you personally handled my inquiry is a great example of what customer service should be about, and will be using this example at my next meeting with my employees. I guess that when you guys say express handling, what you really mean is EXPRESS HANDLING! My dryer got here before I could even track it--thanks-- I need to do clothes now

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER
A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around". They will gt back to you in a timely manner, usually in hours of your request. They have information that is useful, they answer your question. Quite possibly the best customer service out there. Let me correct that: THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!!

Great service
I ordered the Sony HT-CT150 sound bar on Wednesday morning and received it on Friday afternoon...and this was with the free shipping. With no tax and free shipping, I paid about $100 less than I would have for the same item at a place like Best Buy. I just hooked it up and it sounds amazing. I am 100% satisfied.

Very Pleasant
Hi, I just wanted to express how pleasant it was to do business with CompSource. I just ordered my new graphics card (order #?????) on Sunday evening and it was on my doorstep by Tuesday morning. Excellent job guys. After the week-long horror story and predicament that I experienced when trying to order from Newegg.com last week, I am now making it a priority to thank retailers who go the extra mile for their customers.
