The tone of my emails were unwarranted and I hope you’ll accept my sincerest apology. Before I read your email, There was a fedex truck backed in my driveway and had already left the package. When I originally read shipping date arrival 8/1-8/6, I 100% had reserved myself to Aug 6 being arrival date, based on passed purchases from different companies. The fact it arrived today, and your patience responding to my inquiries in such a prompt manner speak volumes about you and CompSource as a whole. I’m surprisingly and pleasantly impressed with my experience making this purchase. Not even because the product arrived so quick, but how quick CompSource got it shipped after purchase, and Jordan’s patience and quick responses to my emails, every time providing me with more information about the product and the shipping process than I expected. I’m thrilled by the service I’ve received from Compsource. This is my first time purchasing an item from them. And was only because it was the cheapest price for this product I could find. (and cheapest by $200+ I might add). CompSource will be first place I look. Im also looking to upgrade my graphics card, and upgrade my gaming desktop as a whole in September. One of the greatest sites in the USA
I was searching fir a Thrustmaster leather wheel and found it all over at $149.99 and I found this site where I found it for $133.68 so I bought it and it arrived fast really like lightening . This site is great price wise and shipping authentic items unlike some that I ordered a new item and end up getting a used trashed item from a seller who sells on Walmart . I highly recommend this site and the great customer service they have . Thank you

Delivered hard to get product cheaper and faster
I've been an IT consultant for most of my life and one of our mantras is -fast, good, and cheap. you never get all three!- Somehow CompSource does it. I'd ordered a portable air conditioner from two other vendors and both strung me along and finally cancelled my order *after* charging me since they apparently couldn't either manage stock or suppliers properly. I eventually got my money back but I was worried up getting gouged with summer "on season" pricing. I found CompSource had a unit almost identical (different branding) and thought I'd give it one more try. To be honest it looked too good to be true. Price with shipping was over $100 less than the competition. I was shocked that it arrived almost as fast as I got the *tracking number*. I ordered on a Friday and got the FedEx tracking number on Monday from Rich Burson and had the unit Tuesday evening. This is a nearly 100lb 12K BTU beast that I would have expected to take at least a couple weeks to get. I sent a quick thank you email and who replies? The President of the company. Personally. Smart guy. I used to check Newegg first. Not anymore. Thanks!
